My initial reason for entering the semi permanent cosmetics industry was due to an unsatisfactory experience I had when first having my eyebrows enhanced in March 2008. This experience was incredibly upsetting but has enabled me to understand how important customer satisfaction is – I provide quality treatment with beautiful results.
Prior to my permanent make-up training, I studied Fine Art for 5 years; achieving full distinctions in BTEC Fine Art at the Worcester college of art and technology, and then a 2:1 Ba Hons in Fine Art at Nottingham Trent University. I consider myself a skilled artist. With my innate understanding of aesthetics and colour theory, I am able to apply this imperative experience and knowledge to deliver excellent results.
After graduating from university, I decided to train with Nouveau Contour- the industry leaders in semi permanent cosmetics. The techniques and theories taught by Nouveau Contour surpass those on any other course, and have enabled me to give top quality treatment to meet my client’s specifications. Ultimately I use my accumulated and unique expertise to create a look that is as natural as requested, and aesthetically beautiful.
I have now lived in London for a year, therefore whilst I continue to maintain a client base in the Midlands and Worcestershire (visiting every 4 - 6 weeks), I consider myself London based, working free lance for a number of salon and clinic locations including Knightsbrigde, Fulham, South Woodford, Finchley, Soho, Kensington and Chelsea.
